The discount cannot be redeemed at the gate — it must be booked online through either platform. The cardholder must be present on the day with their ID.

Does London Zoo Offer a Military Discount?

Yes — armed forces personnel can access a London Zoo discount code through Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service. About London Zoo

ZSL London Zoo is one of the world's oldest scientific zoos, founded in 1828 in Regent's Park. Run by the Zoological Society of London, a charity committed to conservation, it is home to over 700 species. The zoo is open year-round and includes rainforest walkthrough habitats, big cat enclosures, penguin feeding sessions, a butterfly paradise and seasonal events including Zoo Nights — adults-only summer evening events with live entertainment and street food.

Booking online in advance is generally cheaper than paying at the gate, making the online forces discount particularly worth using for planned visits.
