Whatever your eligibility status, the latest Dell Technologies UK offers and deals are listed on this page and updated regularly, so you can compare prices on laptops, desktops, monitors and accessories before you buy. That means you always have a genuine saving to fall back on, even on the days when the military portal is playing up or a product is excluded from the scheme.

Does Dell Technologies UK offer a military discount?

Dell runs its UK military discount directly, through a scheme it calls the Heroes Purchase Programme and the Defence Discount & Benefits for Armed Forces page.
Who's eligible: Active-duty military, veterans, retirees and reservists of the British Armed Forces who can verify their status.

The Dell Military discount gives serving Armed Forces personnel, veterans, reservists and MOD employees and service personnel in the UK exclusive savings on laptops, desktops, monitors and accessories at Dell.co.uk, with eligibility verified in seconds by partner SheerID and discounts applied automatically at checkout when combined with a free Dell Rewards account.

The scheme is online only and does not extend to business purchases.
It works directly on Dell.co.uk for consumer orders only, not business purchases.
Dell does not publish a fixed percentage for the UK version of the discount and the saving can vary by product and by promotion running at the time. It also cannot be stacked with other codes:
the discount may not be used in conjunction with other voucher code offers, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated, with affiliate cashback coupons also excluded.

Separately, some MOD staff have access to a different scheme called Dell Advantage, offered as a workplace loyalty perk rather than a consumer military discount.
The Dell Advantage Loyalty Programme is for all civilian and military employees and offers up to 20% off laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories and more, plus early event access and exclusive flash promotions.
This is a separate route into savings and works through a work email rather than SheerID verification, so check which programme applies to your situation before you start.

Who is eligible

Who's eligible: active-duty military, veterans, retirees and reservists of the British Armed Forces who can verify their status.
Dell also names MOD employees and service personnel as covered under the UK programme. There is no separate published route for cadet forces adult volunteers or for spouses and partners, so if you fall into either group it is worth attempting SheerID verification, since eligibility criteria are set and checked by SheerID rather than Dell directly. The discount is for personal, consumer orders only and does not apply if you are buying on behalf of a business or unit.
You must also ensure you are permitted to participate in the programme under your organisation's or service branch's policies.

Dell and the forces community

Dell backs its UK military discount with a dedicated Defence Discount & Benefits landing page and a partnership with SheerID specifically to verify British Armed Forces status, rather than relying on a generic worldwide offer. Some MOD civil servants also get access through the separate MOD-listed Dell Advantage loyalty scheme, run via a work email sign-up rather than the consumer military discount. Together these show a company that has built more than one route into savings for the UK defence community, even if neither is heavily advertised on the main Dell.co.uk homepage.
