Gotogate

Gotogate does not currently advertise a dedicated Gotogate military discount for UK serving personnel, veterans, reservists or forces families. There's no percentage code run by the brand, Defence Discount Service or Blue Light Card, so nobody in the forces community is being short-changed by missing a hidden scheme.

The good news is that the latest Gotogate offers and deals are listed on this page and updated regularly, so you can still find real savings on flights, hotels and car hire without needing a forces-specific code. These are the offers worth checking first, before you look anywhere else.

Does Gotogate offer a military discount?

We checked Gotogate's own UK site, Defence Discount Service and Blue Light Card, and none currently list a Gotogate armed forces discount. Gotogate operates as an online travel agent under Flight Network UK Ltd, part of the wider Etraveli Group, and its pricing model is built around comparing hundreds of airlines rather than running loyalty or status-based discount codes. That means there's no verified Gotogate veterans discount, no online-only military rate and no in-store scheme, because Gotogate doesn't trade from physical branches in the first place.

If a forces discount is introduced in future, we'll update this page. Until then, the fairest way to describe the position is straightforward: Gotogate military discount schemes are not confirmed, so your best route to a lower fare is the live pricing and offers already on this page.

How to get the best price at Gotogate

1. Check the live Gotogate offers listed on this page before you start searching flights or hotels directly.
2. Search with flexible dates where your leave allows, since fares on comparison sites like Gotogate can shift day to day.
3. Compare the total price including any card payment fees and optional add-ons before you confirm a booking.
4. Sign up to the Gotogate newsletter for advance notice of seasonal sales and flash promotions.
5. Book car hire and hotels alongside your flight in the same basket, as bundled pricing sometimes beats booking each element separately.

Who is eligible

Because there's no dedicated Gotogate military discount scheme to apply for, the offers listed on this page are open to everyone in the forces community. That includes serving Regulars, Reservists, veterans, cadet force adult volunteers, MOD civil servants, and forces spouses and partners booking travel for themselves or their families.

Other ways to save at Gotogate

Start with the offers listed on this page, since these are checked and updated regularly rather than relying on a single seasonal code. Beyond that, Gotogate's pricing is built around comparing over 550 airlines, so timing and flexibility usually matter more than any single discount code.

With over 550 airlines to choose from, Gotogate has partnered with strategic partners including Booking.com, Rentalcars, and Skyscanner
to widen the range of flight, hotel and car hire combinations on offer. Watch for seasonal sale periods, since
Gotogate does observe seasonal promotional periods throughout the year, with deals noted around the January sales period, Easter, UK bank holidays, peak summer months and Black Friday
. Specific percentages are not guaranteed, so treat the offers on this page as your first and most reliable stop rather than searching for expired codes elsewhere.

Gotogate military discount FAQs

Is there a Gotogate veterans discount?

No dedicated Gotogate veterans discount is currently advertised on the brand's UK site, through Defence Discount Service or via Blue Light Card. Veterans can still use the live offers listed on this page to compare flight, hotel and car hire prices.

Can I use a Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service at Gotogate?

Gotogate is not currently listed as a partner brand with either scheme for travel bookings in the UK. Both remain useful ways to verify forces status for other retailers, but for Gotogate the offers on this page are the most reliable route to a lower price.

Does Gotogate do a serving personnel discount?

There's no separate rate for serving Regulars or Reservists beyond the general offers available to all customers. Everyone booking through Gotogate, forces or civilian, sees the same live pricing, which is why checking this page before you book makes sense.

Are there Gotogate discount codes I should look for?

Codes circulating online are frequently expired, region-specific or unverifiable, and we don't recommend chasing them. Stick to the offers listed on this page, which are checked regularly, rather than entering unverified codes at checkout.

Can I stack a Gotogate offer with other savings?

This depends on the specific promotion, and Gotogate's own terms will confirm whether a code can be combined with a sale price. As a rule, one active promotion at a time is the safest assumption when booking.

Will Gotogate launch a military discount in future?

There's no announced plan for a dedicated Gotogate armed forces discount at the time of writing. If that changes, this page will be updated with the verified details rather than guesswork.

Does Gotogate offer free cancellation or flexible tickets?

Some fares include flexible ticket options that allow date changes for a fee, which can suit forces personnel dealing with shifting leave dates. Check the fare conditions shown at checkout before you pay, since flexibility varies by airline and ticket type.

Browse the current Gotogate offers listed on this page before you book your next flight, and take a look at our wider flights and holidays categories for more forces-friendly travel deals across other brands.
