NOMO

Yes. NOMO Chocolate, the UK's No.1 vegan and free-from brand, offers a verified NOMO military discount through Blue Light Card, giving serving personnel, reservists and veterans 20% off the full range at the time of writing.

The latest NOMO offers and deals are also listed on this page and updated regularly, so you can save on your next order even before you get near a Blue Light Card login screen.

Does NOMO offer a military discount?

NOMO runs its forces and emergency services discount through Blue Light Card rather than a code you'll find printed on the packaging.
As a thank you to its Emergency Services and NHS, NOMO has teamed up with Blue Light Card to offer workers 20% off its full range.
To claim it,
you click through to Blue Light Card to sign up and get your discount.

Blue Light Card membership is not limited to NHS and emergency workers.
If you are a serving or retired member of the Armed Forces, you can sign up, and Armed Forces and MOD personnel can enjoy exclusive discounts across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, entertainment, travel and more.
That means the 20% NOMO military discount is genuinely open to the forces community, not just blue-light professions in the traditional sense.

The discount applies online at nomochoc.com and sits alongside NOMO's other standing offers, so it is worth checking the live NOMO offers on this page first to see whether a bigger saving is running before you go through Blue Light Card verification.

How to claim the NOMO military discount

1. Check the live NOMO offers listed on this page first, in case a better sitewide deal is running at the time of writing.
2. If you don't already have one, apply for a Blue Light Card and select the correct category.
Veterans should select HM Armed Forces Veteran, not HM Armed Forces, when signing up.
3. Upload the ID or proof of service Blue Light Card asks for to verify your account.
4. Once verified, head to NOMO's Emergency Services & NHS discount page and get your code.
5. Apply the code at checkout on nomochoc.com before you pay.

Who is eligible

Blue Light Card's armed forces category covers
serving members of HM Armed Forces or Reserve Armed Forces, veterans of HM Armed Forces, MoD Civil Servants, MoD Police and MoD Fire Service
, and veterans qualify
without a time limit after leaving service, as long as valid proof is provided
. Cadet forces adult volunteers are not explicitly listed, so it's worth checking directly with Blue Light Card if this applies to you. Spouses and partners of serving personnel are not automatically covered under this particular scheme, since Blue Light Card eligibility is tied to your own employment or service record rather than a household benefit.

Other ways to save at NOMO

The offers listed on this page are the quickest way to save at NOMO without needing to verify anything, and they're worth checking before you commit to a full-price order. Beyond that, NOMO runs several other standing discounts worth knowing about:

• A Sale & Discounts section on the NOMO website featuring reduced bars, boxes and bundles.
• A newsletter sign-up offer giving new subscribers a welcome discount on their first order.
• A Student & 16-26 Discount for younger shoppers and apprentices.
• A Senior Person Discount,
open to people over the age of 55 years old.
• A disability discount, since
NOMO recognises the additional costs that come with being disabled and wants to help offset these costs.
• Free UK shipping on chocolate orders.

None of these can usually be combined with the Blue Light Card discount at the same time, so compare the numbers before you check out and pick whichever saves you the most on the day.

About NOMO

NOMO is the UK's No.1 Vegan & Free From Chocolate brand, with all its vegan chocolates suitable for dairy, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergy sufferers.
The brand is based in Fakenham, Norfolk, and has built a following among families who need allergy-friendly treats that still taste like a proper chocolate bar. For forces households juggling postings, school runs and dietary needs across the family, that combination of convenience and safety is exactly why NOMO turns up in so many shopping baskets.

NOMO military discount FAQs

Does NOMO offer a military discount?

Yes. NOMO's Emergency Services & NHS discount, delivered through Blue Light Card, gives eligible Armed Forces personnel and veterans 20% off the full range at the time of writing. Always check the live offers on this page too, in case a better deal is running.

Is there a NOMO veterans discount?

Yes. The same Blue Light Card scheme covers veterans, not just serving personnel. You'll need to select the veteran category when applying and provide proof of your previous service.

Can I use a Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service at NOMO?

NOMO's confirmed partnership is with Blue Light Card, which serving personnel, reservists and veterans can join directly. Defence Discount Service is not separately listed as a route to this particular discount, so Blue Light Card is your best bet for verification.

Who is not covered by the NOMO military discount?

Spouses and partners of serving personnel are not automatically covered under this Blue Light Card scheme unless they qualify through their own employment. Cadet forces adult volunteers should check directly with Blue Light Card, as this group is not explicitly named in the eligibility list.

Can I stack the NOMO military discount with other codes?

Generally no. Discount schemes like this are designed to be used on their own rather than combined with newsletter codes, student discounts or sale prices. Compare the live NOMO offers on this page against the Blue Light Card saving and use whichever gives you the better price.

Is the NOMO military discount available in-store?

NOMO trades online through nomochoc.com, so the discount is applied at checkout on the website rather than in a physical shop.

How much can I save with the NOMO military discount?

At the time of writing, the confirmed saving through Blue Light Card is 20% off NOMO's full range, though this can change, so it's worth double-checking on NOMO's own discount page before you buy.

Browse the NOMO offers listed on this page before you check out, and if you're stocking up on treats for the whole family, the Kids, Babies and Toys and Food and Drink categories have more forces-friendly deals worth a look.
