Lifesystems

Lifesystems does not currently advertise a dedicated UK military discount, forces discount or veterans discount through its own website, Defence Discount Service or Blue Light Card. There is no verified percentage off for serving personnel, reservists or veterans at the time of writing.

That does not mean you cannot save. The latest Lifesystems offers and deals are listed on this page and updated regularly, so you can still cut the cost of first aid kits, torches, insect repellents and travel safety gear without waiting on a scheme that does not exist yet.

Does Lifesystems offer a military discount?

No verified Lifesystems military discount currently exists. We checked the brand's own website, the Defence Discount Service and Blue Light Card, and none of them list Lifesystems as a partner offering a forces-specific percentage off. The Defence Discount Service is
the official Ministry of Defence discount service for the UK's Armed Forces, Defence Community and Veterans, providing discounts online and on the high street, both with national and local independent retailers
, but Lifesystems is not currently one of those partners based on our research.

Blue Light Card operates a separate paid membership scheme for the armed forces and other frontline groups, but again, Lifesystems does not appear as a confirmed partner brand on that service. If this changes, we will update this page rather than guess at terms that are not published.

What we did find directly on the Lifesystems website is a Duke of Edinburgh's Award discount bundle, which includes a percentage off selected DofE-recommended kit, a newsletter sign-up offer and free delivery terms. None of this is military-specific, but it is genuine and open to anyone, including forces families kitting out teenagers for expeditions.

How to get the best price at Lifesystems

1. Check the live Lifesystems offers listed on this page before you shop, since these are updated as new deals appear.
2. Look at the DofE kit bundle on the Lifesystems site if you are buying for Duke of Edinburgh's Award expeditions, as this typically includes a reduced price on multi-item kit.
3. Sign up to the Lifesystems newsletter for a first-order discount code, usually in the region of 10% off.
4. Watch the clearance or sale section for discontinued lines, where survival and first aid kit can drop significantly below full price.
5. Bundle your order to clear the free standard delivery threshold rather than paying for shipping on a small single item.
6. Time bigger purchases, such as full first aid kit refills or expedition bundles, around seasonal sale events when Lifesystems typically runs wider promotions.

Who is eligible

Because Lifesystems has no dedicated forces scheme, there is nothing to be excluded from. The offers listed on this page are open to everyone in the forces community, including serving Regulars and Reservists, veterans, cadet force adult volunteers, MOD civil servants, and spouses and partners shopping for the household. Nobody needs to prove service history to use what is on this page.

Other ways to save at Lifesystems

Start with the Lifesystems offers and deals listed on this page, since these are the live, checked savings we recommend first. Beyond that, a few genuine routes to a lower price exist directly through the brand:

• The DofE kit bundle, which includes a reduced price on selected recommended products for expedition participants.
• Newsletter sign-up, which typically unlocks a one-off discount code for first orders.
• Free standard UK delivery once your basket passes the published threshold, with a paid express option below that.
• Seasonal sale and clearance sections, where older colourways or discontinued first aid and travel safety lines are reduced.

If you are also kitting out the wider household, it is worth browsing our Sports, Fitness and Outdoors category for other outdoor brands that do run confirmed forces discounts.

About Lifesystems

Lifesystems makes outdoor safety and travel kit, including first aid kits, insect repellents, water purification products, torches, survival whistles and thermal protection gear. The range is aimed at hikers, expedition groups, overseas travellers and anyone heading somewhere remote. Forces families use Lifesystems kit for the same reasons civilian adventurers do: it is built for unpredictable conditions, which maps well onto postings, exercises and family holidays that do not always go to plan.

Lifesystems military discount FAQs

Is there a Lifesystems military discount?

Not currently. No published scheme gives serving personnel, reservists or veterans a set percentage off at Lifesystems. The offers listed on this page are the best confirmed way to save right now.

Is there a Lifesystems veterans discount?

No dedicated veterans discount is advertised by Lifesystems at the time of writing. Veterans can use the same live offers on this page as everyone else in the forces community.

Can I use a Blue Light Card or Defence Discount Service at Lifesystems?

Lifesystems does not appear as a confirmed partner on either scheme based on our research. If you hold a Blue Light Card or are registered with Defence Discount Service, it is still worth checking their current retailer lists directly, but do not expect a Lifesystems-specific saving through either route today.

Does Lifesystems offer a discount code for forces families?

There is no official forces-only discount code published by Lifesystems. General codes, such as the newsletter sign-up offer, are open to all customers rather than restricted to serving personnel or veterans.

Can I stack the newsletter offer with other Lifesystems deals?

This depends on the specific terms attached to each code at the time you shop, since single-use codes are not always combinable with sale prices. Check the terms shown at checkout before assuming two discounts will apply together.

Does Lifesystems deliver to BFPO addresses?

We could not confirm a published BFPO delivery policy directly from Lifesystems. If you are ordering to a BFPO address, contact Lifesystems customer service before you buy to confirm whether your order can be fulfilled.

Will this page update if a Lifesystems military discount launches?

Yes. This page is reviewed regularly, so if Lifesystems does launch a verified forces discount through Defence Discount Service, Blue Light Card or its own website, the details will be added here along with the offers already listed.

Browse the live Lifesystems offers above before you buy, and if you are kitting out the family for anything from day hikes to deployments, take a look at our Shopping and Retail category for more confirmed forces discounts.
